Connect with ChatGPT
Set up Persly MCP with ChatGPT for medical record access.
Prerequisites
MCP connectors require a paid ChatGPT plan:
- ChatGPT Pro
- ChatGPT Plus
- ChatGPT Team
- ChatGPT Business
- ChatGPT Enterprise
- ChatGPT Education
MCP connectors are not available on the free ChatGPT plan.
Setup
- Open ChatGPT Settings → Apps & Connectors
- Enable Developer Mode
- Click Add new connector
- Fill in the connector details:
- Name:
Persly Medical Data - URL:
https://mcp.persly.ai/mcp - Auth: OAuth
- Name:
- Check "I trust this application"
- Click Create
- Complete the login in the browser popup
Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT to access your medical records in any chat:
- "What medical records do I have on Persly?"
- "Show me the details of my health checkup certificate"
- "Summarize my recent medical records"
